How to Maintain a Water Pump?

Let the water run for a few seconds before shutting off, maintaining a constant flow for a few seconds. This is especially important for hoses that are not routinely used or have not yet been used this season.

–Turn on the water to the hose. Start filling water from the outlet of the pump. At the beginning you will hear air noise, this is quite normal. You should hear the sound of water filling the pump or, if you have a pressure gauge, watch the water level rise.

-Restore power to the pump and turn on the pump system. Run it for about one minute.
