0.5 HP Centrifugal Irrigation Pumps

Centrifugal irrigation pumps are similar to water in their physical and chemical properties and can be used to transfer clean water or other liquids.

This type of Centrifugal Irrigation Pumps are usually made of cast iron casing, can suction from a maximum depth of 6 meters, can transfer liquid up to a maximum temperature of 40℃, inlet and outlet are 1 inch (25mm).

The maximum head of the products is indicated as “mss”. If this head is 10 meters vertically, it is 10 times horizontally, i.e. 100 meters.

Of course, if there is a slope in the horizontal area, there will be losses if elbow-style material is used.

• Power/ m3/h in the upper red bar is the amount of water it gives per hour, i.e. the water flow rate,
• Kw/Hp order water flow rate per minute
• ACm37 indicates the head height.

In this case

• When pressed vertically to a height of 21.5 meters, 0.6 tons of water per hour,
• 3 tons of water per hour when pressed vertically to a height of 19.5 meters,
• When pressed vertically at a height of 12 meters, it can deliver 6 tons of water per hour.

1 HP Centrifugal Water Pump

This type of pumps can suction from a depth of 6m and can pump water up to 29m vertically and 290m horizontally. They can be used up to 4 floors and 8 apartments as booster.

The pumps are available in single-phase and three-phase models. Inlet and outlet of these pumps, which can be used in hot water applications up to 45°C, are 1″ (25mm).

• This table shows 2 tons of water per hour at a height of 29 meters,
• 4 tons of water per hour at a height of 26 meters
• At a height of 16 meters, it appears to be able to deliver 8 tons of water per hour.

3 HP Centrifugal Irrigation Pumps

Common features of 3 Hp centrifugal pumps are that they usually have cast casing, inlet and outlet sizes are 1.1/2 inch-1.1/4 inch, they can suction from a maximum depth of 7 meters, they can be used with hot water.

Let’s look at this graph together for 2CP25/14 A;

• 2.4 tons of water per hour at a height of 60 meters
• 4.2 tons per hour at a height of 50 meters
• It can pump 5.3 tons of water per hour to a height of 40 meters.

5.5 HP Centrifugal Irrigation Pumps

This type of pumps

• Agricultural (drip and flood) irrigation
• Discharging water with little contaminated puddles
• For small-scale irrigation
• They are used for high flow rate water needs.
• The inlet and outlet are 2 inches and above.

Again, starting from the curve, per hour

• 10 tons of water at a height of 28 meters,
• 30 tons of water at a height of 25 meters,
• It can deliver 55 tons of water at a height of 15 meters.

10 HP Centrifugal Irrigation Pumps

These pumps have larger inlet and outlet. Therefore, they are used in places where more water is needed.
